Wrenbury Station wins the 'Cheshire Best Kept Station Art Award', January 2025
As a local artist and owner of The Art Space, Nantwich, I had the privilege of working with the talented Year 5 and 6 students at Wrenbury Primary School on a special community art project. Together, we created vibrant posters showcasing their favorite places in the local area. These incredible artworks were then printed and displayed on the shelters at Wrenbury Railway Station, bringing creativity and colour to the space.
This project was generously sponsored by 3 Counties Connect, and in January 2025, Wrenbury Station was honored with the prestigious ‘Cheshire Best Kept Stations Art Prize’—a wonderful recognition of the students' hard work and artistic talent.
I’m incredibly proud to have been part of this inspiring collaboration, celebrating young artists and their connection to the community.
